We do not subcontract out weddings! We are a family business and
your wedding will be filmed by the same camera people and on the same cameras
as the weddings on our demo. You get exactly what you sign up for.

The end product
Your completed DVD will consist of a main film of 35-60 minutes, depending
on your package. All packages include a 4-5 minute montage of the
day edited to your choice of music. It will have fully interactive chapter
markings just like
you'd
expect of a
professional DVD. All of this is included in the cost of your package!
Platinum package DVDs can include special features, such as guest
greetings, honeymoon photos, and a slideshow of stills from the film.
Deposits and Refunds
We require a deposit of £200 to confirm the booking of your wedding
date. If you have to cancel your booking, and we are able to secure another
booking for that date, your deposit will be returned minus £50
for administrative costs.
Balance of payment
The balance of the fee is due six weeks before the wedding. Many
suppliers expect payment on the day, but this way gives you one less thing to
worry about on a busy day and leaves both you and us free to get on with more
important things!
When will I get my finished DVD?
Editing your finished video takes a lot more time than the actual shooting.
Some videographers realise this represents a huge cost to them and
therefore only edit the final montage, leaving the rest as they shot
it originally. We don't. We believe the whole film should be as polished
as possible. Therefore most of our videos take about 10 weeks to
complete. At busy times it may take up to 16 weeks. We are a small
company and do not contract out our editing.
Will you travel to...
We travel to many areas of the UK
with no strings attached. We never charge a mileage fee, but if you are
some hours away from us we may ask you to arrange overnight accommodation.
We will charge a £100 London supplement if your wedding takes
place within the M25.
Getting extra copies
We aim to keep a permanent copy of your DVD, your personalised cover
and label - should you or a family member of friend want another
copy at a later date please contact us. They make great presents! Currently
our extra DVDs are £25 per copy.
I don't want any music - I want to hear what people are saying
We are happy to meet your wishes. However be aware that capturing conversations
in crowded areas can be very difficult. For television they often
achieve this by putting radio mics on each person. Something your guests
might not appreciate! |
